2106 - The amazing and inspiring people I met

2016 has been an amazing year for me. As well as blogging, writing articles and campaigning on social media, my posts about sexism in nature and nature conservation went mad with 25,000 views. The video of me encouraging others to take part in the Garden bioblitz was highlighted on the BBC Springwatch website, my Conference Race Equality in Nature was a big success and I did lots of radio interviews and one on BBC Points West TV.

It was particularly amazing meeting so many fantastic and inspiring people including Sir David Attenborough, Bill Oddie, Steve Backshall, Lolo Williams, Miranda Krestovnikoff, Chris Packham, Ben Garrod, Kerry McCarthy MP, Jonathon Porritt and Judy Ling Wong.

This video is a montage of those meetings and other highlights of the year https://youtu.be/UMrngQHif6o

Thank you all for your support and good luck for 2017.
